Shanghai.com.sg is operated by TRIPBENTO PTE. LTD., Singapore, which is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form. There is no account system and no login.

• Booking and enquiry forms: your name, email address and — if you choose to give it — your phone number, together with the trip details you selected (destination, dates, number of travellers, preferred language, the itinerary you built and any service you picked).
• Anything you write to us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP), device and browser. We do not use it to identify you.

We do not collect payment details on this website. No card or bank information is ever entered here.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange the trip or service you asked about, and keep a record of that correspondence. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who it is shared with

• Resend — our email provider. Form submissions are delivered as email through Resend, which processes and stores them in order to send them.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes requests to this site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
• The guide or driver assigned to your trip, where we need to pass on the details necessary to deliver the service you booked.

These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States and in China where a trip is delivered.

How long we keep it

This website has no customer database — submissions exist as email in our inbox and in our email provider's logs. We keep booking correspondence for as long as needed to deliver the trip and to meet accounting or legal obligations, and delete it on request unless we are required to keep it.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies until you choose. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you accept them in the banner. Declining leaves the site fully functional — nothing about booking depends on cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser, and you can change it by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tripbento.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. Bookings for families are made by an adult.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
